Yes, the service is absolutely free^. We are providing a one-time Aircon General servicing free of cost for household customers in selected region/areas during the promotion period only for a maximum of 2 Fan coil units per customer.

All you have to do is simply go to Appointment booking page, choose your preferred date and proceed to book your schedule for Free General Service followed by a simple questionnaire (Information on your Air conditioner brand, number of units etc). That’s all, we will send you the confirmation on your booking and our service team will visit your home on the scheduled time.

The promotion period for Free Aircon General service is from 01/11/2019 – 30/11/2019. Customers can start booking now to avail the offer.

Well that’s obvious question, to make the answer precise we want the customers to try our service before they think of engaging us further. It gives them a good choice in choosing their service provider while not spending a penny.

As we can’t cover the whole island at once, we are selecting 1 region at a time and currently it is D-22(Boonlay/Jurong/Tuas). But we do have plans to extend our Free Air conditioner Service to other areas as well. So please check our page regularly to see whether your region is included.

 

You can choose any 2 FCU for free service. But in case if you have more than 2 FCU and wish to opt for service beyond the free 2 units, each subsequent unit will be charged at regular price. (First 2 units still remain free).

 

No, you don’t need to sign any contracts or commitments.

Certainly acceptable, you don’t necessarily need to engage us next time to avail this one-time free service. We still give our service free of cost for the first time during the promotion period, no matter whether you opt-in or opt-out for our regular services later.

Not exactly, but we ensure our services standards remain critical at all the times. It is where we gain the confidence of the customers and establish the relationship and trust that goes along the way.

In order to discourage the act of negligence (missing schedule, last minute cancellation, fun calls) and prevent the false trials there will be a flat transportation charge of $5 is levied per customer. It will ensure that the promotion reaches to maximum number of genuine customers. No other hidden charges.

For Airconditioning works, we provide Aircon Servicing (General service, Chemical service/Chemical overhaul), Installation, repair and maintenance. Apart from Air conditioning works, we do Electrical, Plumbing and Interior design works.

* Free Air conditioner General Service offer is Applicable for Household customers (HDB&Condo) residing in D-22 Boon Lay/Jurong/Tuas only.[Free service is applicable only on General servicing of Air conditioner indoor unit]
 * Promotion is valid only once per customer for a maximum of 2 Fan coil units(Indoor unit). Any subsequent unit beyond the Free 2 units, will be charged as per normal rates according to the type of service chosen by customer.
* Customer should register online to avail the applicable Offer during the promotional period indicated on the advertisement/flyers.
* Customer may schedule their convenient servicing time, however it is fist come first serve and subject to availability of slots.In case of your timings conflicts with other schedule, we will inform you about the changes and allot you with another possible slot.
* As mentioned,Free Service is defined as General Servicing for Household/Domestic Air conditioner(Split type)only and customer can refer to our website for the scope of work on Aircon General Service.
^ Flat charge of $5 transportation fee is applicable per customer.This to ensure that the promotion reaches to maximum number of genuine customers and to discourage the false trials. No others charges are levied unless otherwise mentioned OR customer requests for additional services (Eg. Service for Additional unit,Repair/Gas top up/Chemical service etc) will be billed as standard rates.
* We have the right to deny service to the customers who acts against the terms of conditions.
* We have the right to terminate the offer without notice and or disclosing the reason(s),otherwise where we would receive the maximum number of registrations.
